PU Sponge Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Drying and removing water and liquids from PCBs, LCDs, and glass (ideal for placement before drying ovens).

• DESCRPTION
• Soft and supple when dry, heat resistant(stable up to 120℃), superb absorbency, highly resilient, and won’t shed.

CSQ Sponge Rollers

• APPLICATION
• For use in water processing after etching, developing, and stripping.. Used in the production of PCBs, LCDs, semiconductors, metals, glasses, etc.

• DESCRPTION
• A polyurethane roller that can be used for both absorbing moisture and preventing drag out of chemical reagents. Our CSQ roller has excellent chemical resistance, water absorption ability, temperature resistance, and abrasion resistance (no shedding). It stays soft and pliable without the need for pre-soaking and can act as a squeegee to decrease the overflow of reagents from chemical processes.

PVC Sponge Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Drying and removing water, liquids, and chemicals from PCBs, LCDs, and glass after chemical processes like etching, pattern developing, and stripping.

• DESCRPTION
• Soft and supple when dry, stable up to 60℃,excellent absorbency, high water retention potential, and high chemical resistance.

PVA Sponge Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Cost-effective method of drying and removing water and liquids from PCBs. LCDs, and glass.

• DESCRPTION
• Most commonly used sponge roller in the PCB industry, soft and resilient when wet (need to be thoroughly soaked in water for 30 minutes before use and remain wet while in use), and has excellent absorbency.

PP Sponge Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Prevent drag-out of chemical reagents from chemical processes like etching, pattern developing, and stripping.

• DESCRPTION
• Strong chemical resistance ,soft (can apply pressure and create a larger contact surface area) and can act as a squeegee to decrease the overflow of reagents from chemical processes.

Coating Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Can be used in coating machines made in Germany, U.S.A., Japan, and Taiwan.

• DESCRIPTION
• Specially treated surface (grooved, interval distances, etc.) lowers the amount of coating needed and extends the life of the roller.

Laminating Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Can be used in all laminating machines.

• DESCRIPTION
• These rollers have high temperature resistance (operating temperature:150℃-180℃), strong chemical resistance, and water resistance. They will not chip, change shape, or blister, and will stay stable and consistent through prolonged use.

Abrasive Brushes

• APPLICATION
• For use after surface roughening (black oxide), hole-drilling, hole-filling, laminating, and electroplating.

• DESCRIPTION
• There rollers have excellent leveling capabilities and are used to clean, grind, and polish resins, metals, and laminates to prepare the surface. They will lower the rate of defects and increase yield and quality.

Rubber Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Used to transport boards and prevent drag-out of chemicals in the etching, developing, and stripping processes.

• DESCRIPTION
• High chemical resistance, wear resistance, and pliability will increase our rollers’ usable lifespan and improve quality control.

Cleaning Rollers

• APPLICATION
• Can be used for cleaning the surfaces of PCB’s, metal plates, glass panels, and foils.

• DESCRIPTION
• Specially formulated rubber rollers with superior tackiness and heat resistance, and a long lifetime of repeated use.
