| Fluorinated
Mold Releasing Agent |

Fluorinated mold releasing
agent has relatively low surface energy, therefore comparing
to traditional silicon or wax mold releasing agents,
it is a better-performing, non-sticky mold releasing
agent. A thin coating layer (1/10 of silicone mold releasing
agent) is needed, it has the following characteristics：

As the coating layer
needed is very thin, it can be evenly coated over
mold surfaces with patterns, therefore suitable
for products with high-precision requirements. |

Fluorinated mold releasing
agent is highly stable even when exposed to extreme
heat, the agent will not disperse when exposed
to heat as high as 230°C. Therefore, it will not
cause problems when there is low electrical conductivity,
therefore it is suitable for high-precision electronics
component molding. |

|
As Fluorinated mold
releasing agent is non-sticky, the number of successful
mold transfer is high, thus increasing production
efficiency. The amount of surface mold releasing
agent left on the mold surface is very little,
thus drastically increasing finished products
subsequent printing and adhesiveness. |
