The First Business Department was established at Panel's start in 1974 and is responsible for Panel's chemical business. From Panel's humble beginnings, we have grown into one of the best recognized and most reliable names in the chemicals manufacturing and distribution business in Taiwan and China.
In recent years, the trend of rapid development of PU, specialty chemicals, and new materials has necessitated that the First Business Department evolve from a simple supplier of raw materials that provides quotations and sells existing goods, into a partner that works with clients to co-develop specialty chemicals, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
