     The products of Second Business Department are mainly focused on PCB relative consumable.

Roller Series

Absorptive Roller		* The absorptive roller made from the most advanced foaming technology (PU, PP, PVC, EPDM, PVA materials, etc.), which is applicable for the PCB process according to various material properties. * Possesses superb water absorption power, no hardening, chemical and heat resistant, and is durable. * Made through line processing from cutting, grinding and warehousing to sales. In addition, it is distributed with the principle of skill-oriented, stabilized quality and speedy delivery. Applications: Water rinsing, etching and baking during the PCB process.
Wave-form Roller		Spiral waveform treatment on the sponge surface. Application: Soft board (thin board) in preventing board curling when the material attaches on the roller surface.
Turpentine Roller		Applicable for the soldering section, and resists against turpentine, wear and oil. Excellent stabilization and elasticity.
Conductive Roller		PU and rubber foaming and non-foaming treated, with uniform hole size, elasticity and conductive co-efficient.
Film-pressing Roller		Silica rubber (silica gel) material, which is highly temperature resistant, without cracking, deforming or forming bubbles, and enjoys stable elasticity. Applicable temperature: 1500C~1800C. Application: Automatic film pressing machine.
Ceramic Roller		The roller surface is ceramic sintering treated to reinforce the resistance against impact and friction, which is 10~100 times more wear-durable than steel rollers. Application: Receiving roller for the brushing machine.
Dust-cleaning Roller		Used to clean dust and copper residuals without leaving gel or causing pollution. Applicable for dust cleaning before and after film bonding. Material: Paper, synthetic paper, PET, rubber and PU.
Nylon Sanding Roller		Made of Dupont TYNEX A612 with 20~40% mineral sands. Very good rigidity & flexibility properties and perfect abrasive & chemical resistance.
Film-coating Roller		Used exclusively for PCB, LCD wet-film and optical resist automatic coating machines. It is applicable for automatic coating equipment made in Germany, Japan, the U.S. and Taiwan, with higher accuracy of film thickness, uniform coating and stabilized quality.Short delivery time and supported with excellent performance. Film thickness: PCB：8 ~ 12u、20u ~ 40u。 LCD：1 ~ 3u。
Coating Machine		Used for the coating of LCD and STN LCD displays. Fully automatic film thickness adjustment and convenient operation.

Engineering Plastics

PVDF possesses superior wear-resistance, and enjoys superb mechanical strength to resist chemical substances.
Applicable for the starting gears, collars, roller linings and nozzles of PCB and LCD machines.

Cleaning Products for the Clean Room

Super cleaning and absorptive PU rubbing fabrics, rubbing rod and anti-static gloves.

Pressing Steel Plate

Top-class pressing steel plate N702 (SUS630) for PCBs. Super hardness (HRC-45-50) to resist against impacts and scratches. Possesses high mechanical strength and is excellent at resisting corrosion and rust.
Applicable for reducing steel plate thickness and increasing unit production. With lower carbon content, it is difficult to extract the carbide after long periods of cold and heat pressing,minimizing the presence of needle hole blasting.
